On August 18, 2017, directed by Liu Hongzhou, Managing Director and Executive Director of CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HED"), Jiang Shiping, General Manager of HED and other senior executives, Lin Rong, Deputy Director of China Transport Telecommunications & Information Center ("CTTIC") together with heads of CTTIC Beijing Jinka Technology Co., Ltd., a direct company of CTTIC, visited HED. The parties had a full discussion and exchange on business of public transportation and Wang Hongyu, head of a division of CTTIC and Mr. Jiang Shiping as representatives signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, by following principles of "reciprocity and mutual benefits, completing each other’s advantages, long-term cooperation and win-win development," CTTIC and HED are determined to establish long-term, full and deep strategic cooperation in terms of technology, market, products, talents training and other business resources, and through exploiting advantages of both sides to the full, they will help each other to expand development space and promote development of each other’s undertaking.

Lin Rong, Deputy Director of CTTIC, pointed out that both sides should speed up the cooperation in public transportation and expand the cooperation and exchange to a comprehensive and full way by allowing full play of advantages of both sides. Liu Hongzhou, Executive Director of HED, expressed his thanks for the strong support given by CTTIC and HED was determined to provide better products and technology supporting services and make greater contribution to the development of transportation industry regarding information security, ID authentication and recognition, security of IoT and communication area.
